Le Coussol Haut is an 18th Century Farmhouse located in the Beautiful Occitanie Region of South West France, known as the gastronomic Heart of France

What is on offer?
The Bread Oven House is available for rental May through to October based on a minimum 4 night stay. The Bread Oven sleeps 4 and has a fully equipped kitchen opening on to a large outdoor dining terrace overlooking the temperature controlled pool. By the pool you will find a summer kitchen equipped with Weber BBQ, Plancha, and Ice machine, there is a large shaded bar area with seating where you can relax and listen to your favourite sounds via the Bose Garden speaker system.
The Farmhouse and Bread Oven are available on request during the months of July and August. Together they accommodate up to 12 people, all in comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton bedding. You, your friends and family will have the entire property to yourself all you have to do is enjoy your holiday, your way.

Lavender Gardens and Woodland Nature Trails
The 10 acres of grounds feature planted lavender beds, attracting butterflies in the thousands
The woodland Nature Trails allow our guests to experience the wildlife and atmosphere of our ancient oak woodland
For the keen photographers, your host , an award winning photographer herself, can accompany you on a walking tour of the grounds to discover the abundant wildlife all around
The Cowshed Bar

The Cowshed Bar and glass bridge is a unique architectural feature where our guests can on request enjoy an indoor bar and lounge, pool table, 50 inch plasma screen TV, surround sound system and indoor panoramic dining table with views to the valley and the village beyond
Outdoor Kitchen and Bar
Adjacent to the pool and surrounded by lavender beds, there is an outdoor kitchen and bar featuring a charcoal barbeque, and gas plancha - we also have a high capacity ice machine to ensure your refreshments are always served perfectly chilled
Electric Bicycles
We have 2 Vanmoof S2 electric bicycles for your use.
Take a leisurely ride to the Abby De Beauileau, or have a picnic by the River Garonne
Heated Swimming Pool
The swimming pool, surrounded by extensive sun terraces, is a temperature controlled, child friendly, chemical free, salt water pool, so its kind to the skin and eyes.
We have a Bose garden speaker system for you to stream your favourite music in superb quality
There is an automated safety cover to ensure everyone stays safe when you leave the pool unattended
